These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and rvp7. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform. By accessing rvp7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use rvp7. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing any part of our platform. Age verification is mandatory.
All transactions on rvp7 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum odds and eligible game types apply. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one active rvp7 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice, with any associated balances forfeited pending investigation.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, and exploitation of system errors are strictly prohibited. rvp7 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts in such cases.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international gaming law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the rvp7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting rvp7 customer support.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on rvp7. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. rvp7 prohibits access by minors absolutely and takes active steps to detect and prevent underage use, including mandatory KYC age verification.
The Platform is operated for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on rvp7:
To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID — KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly whenever any detail changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rvp7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify rvp7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
rvp7 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional security enhancement. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their Account. rvp7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
rvp7 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires the submission of the following documents:
Documents must be submitted in JPG, PNG, or PDF format, each no larger than 5MB. rvp7 will process KYC submissions within 1–24 hours during standard WIB business hours (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). rvp7 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient for verification purposes.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. rvp7 will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a Player's failure to provide timely or complete documentation.
rvp7 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rvp7 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources, and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by rvp7's payment processing systems. rvp7 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
rvp7 does not impose a maximum daily deposit limit by default. Players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings at any time. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. The destination account for any withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the rvp7 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
rvp7 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by our finance team:
Requests submitted outside of business hours, or during Indonesian national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and other gazetted public holidays), may experience additional processing time of up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. rvp7 does not impose a standard maximum daily withdrawal limit; however, withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review and may take up to 48 hours to process.
Players must wager their initial deposit at least once before a withdrawal of the deposited amount is permitted. Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions. rvp7 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation for any withdrawal request it deems appropriate.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rvp7 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Credits that remain subject to wagering requirements after the 30-day period expires will be forfeited automatically.
For the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements, the following wager types are eligible unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:
Live in-play single bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) bets at odds below 1.50, and jackpot games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
rvp7 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where rvp7 determines in its reasonable judgment that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, rvp7 reserves the right to void any Wagers placed with Bonus Credits, forfeit all associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Player's Account.
All Wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including event, market type, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a Wager. rvp7 will not reverse or amend a confirmed Wager on the basis of Player error.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point a Wager is confirmed. In the event that a Wager is placed at a materially incorrect price due to a technical error or manifest odds mistake, rvp7 reserves the right to settle the Wager at the correct price or void the Wager entirely, at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of any such adjustment.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period of play has elapsed (as defined by rvp7's sport-specific rules), all pre-match Wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. In-play Wagers placed after the minimum qualifying period will be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, unless rvp7's sport-specific rules provide otherwise.
The maximum single-transaction payout on rvp7, across all product types, is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) per day, unless an alternative limit is expressly communicated in writing to the Player at the time of bet acceptance. rvp7 reserves the right to split large payouts across multiple business days.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rvp7 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the rvp7 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rvp7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of rvp7. Unauthorised use of rvp7's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
rvp7 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the rvp7 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating your Account and complying with applicable legal obligations.
rvp7 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help Players manage their activity on the Platform, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. If you believe that your gambling habits are causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or to activate self-exclusion via your Account Settings. rvp7 takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and will action them promptly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rvp7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
rvp7's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rvp7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rvp7 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deduction of any bonus credits subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. rvp7 will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000. If the Account Balance reaches zero as a result of this fee, the Account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and verifying their identity.
rvp7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Players' rights) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Clause 15.2.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed gaming operators. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as selected by rvp7.
The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent rvp7 from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
